Class & Rental Policies


All Weather

We go rain or shine. (Think of it this way, you’re going to get wet anyway). Unless there are warnings that prevent us from taking students into the water safely, our classes will proceed as scheduled. If you have any questions, give us a call the day before (808) 386-4872 to check on the status of classes. If we are forced to cancel due to unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or full value towards rescheduling. 


Lesson Check-In

Arrival

Please check in for your lesson at 226 Lewers St #154 at Embassy Suites on Waikiki BeachWalk Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Storage During Classes

We provide free locker storage for your belongings while you are in the water.

Lockers are FREE, bring your own lock or rent one for $5.


Rental Pick-up & Return

Please pick up and return your equipment to 226 Lewers St #154 at Embassy Suites on Waikiki Beach Walk

Note that there is no refund or credit for the early return of any rental items. 

All rentals must be picked up by 2:00PM. (daily/weekly rentals only)

Latest 2 hour rental —- must be picked up by 12:30, to be back by 2:30PM


Cancellation & Rescheduling Classes

We understand that your plans can change; however, we are saving your spot and turning away other people to ensure that we have the right instructor to student ratio every day.  Please cancel or reschedule your lesson at least 48 hours in advance.  Late cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded. If you are using a pre-paid voucher, and do not call to cancel or reschedule, we will consider your voucher to be redeemed.
